Cuci3 Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Member

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the cuci3 platform (website, mobile app, or any related services), you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document.

The cuci3 Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and cuci3 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use cuci3's services.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and policies Responsible Gambling cuci3, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cuci3.

To register and use cuci3's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• Registering as an individual in your own name — not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not listed on cuci3's self-exclusion register or any self-exclusion programme operated by a recognised regulatory body.
• Not classified as an individual with a gambling problem by any relevant health agency or consumer protection body.
• Have legal access to online gambling platforms under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Cuci3 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If a player is found not to meet these eligibility requirements after an account has been opened, cuci3 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any associated balance.

Each player is only permitted to register one (1) cuci3 account that is active. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of cuci3's terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a strong password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account.

You must:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify cuci3 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information should there be any changes to your personal details.
• Not transferring account ownership to any other party under any circumstances.

Cuci3 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of an account caused by a player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Cuci3 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• DuitNow – Scan the QR code or transfer directly. Funds credited in under 30 seconds.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – The most popular digital wallet in Malaysia.
• GrabPay – Via the Grab app on your Android or iOS device.
• Boost – Malaysia's local digital wallets.
• ShopeePay – Via the Shopee app.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – Internet banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other major banks.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. cuci3 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Funds deposited into your cuci3 account may only be used for wagering purposes within the cuci3 platform. cuci3 guarantees that player funds are held separately from the company's operational funds to safeguard player interests.

Winnings withdrawals can be made using the same payment method as your deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within under 3 minutes for regular members and within under 1 minute for VIP Gold members and above.

Before your first withdrawal, or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds the set threshold, cuci3 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of your MyKad (front and back) or a valid passport.
• A recent bank statement (current or previous month) showing your name and bank account number.
• A screenshot or proof of ownership of the registered digital payment method.

Cuci3 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. cuci3 will notify the player of the reason for the hold within 24 hours and will work to resolve the investigation as promptly as possible.

Cuci3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses for new members, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and promotions tied to major sporting events such as the EPL, IPL, and FIFA World Cup.

General terms applicable to all cuci3 bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed through the method specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Cuci3 reserves the right to void bonuses if a player is found to have abused the promotions system or employed betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (for example, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk).
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

Cuci3's VIP Programme comprises five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP points are accumulated based on total wagers placed and can be redeemed for game credits at rates defined for each VIP tier. Full details of cuci3's VIP Programme are available on the VIP Rewards.

All casino games available on cuci3 — including slots, Live Casino, Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Bo — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by a qualified third party. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by cuci3 or any player.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before playing. cuci3 is not liable for any losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical disruption or connection loss during an active game, cuci3 will resolve the game round based on recorded server data. Results recorded by the cuci3 system are final. Where a game cannot be completed due to a system disruption on cuci3's end, the bet will be returned to the player.

Cuci3's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sporting events, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and over 40 other leagues), cricket (IPL, ICC Test, Asia Cup), badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports.

Cuci3 general Sports Betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the cuci3 system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
• Cuci3 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet at any time before an event begins if there is a material error in the published odds due to a technical fault or incorrect information.
• If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins and is not resumed within 72 hours, all bets will be voided and returned to the player's account balance.
• For events that are interrupted and resolved through alternative methods such as DLS in cricket, the result officially determined by the relevant sporting body is valid and bets are settled accordingly.
• In-play odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match, such as a VAR review or an unconfirmed red card. This is standard procedure to ensure fairness.

Cuci3 uses sports data sourced from recognised sports information providers to determine betting outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, the official records of the governing body that organised the event serve as the final reference.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cuci3 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Identity fraud — Registering using another person's identity or false information.
• Money laundering — Using cuci3 as a channel to launder money or funds from unauthorized sources.
• Collusion — Colluding with other players or staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of assistance software — Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the cuci3 system.
• Bug exploitation — Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors to obtain illegitimate winnings. Players who become aware of such bugs are required to report them to cuci3 support immediately.
• Bonus Abuse — Creating multiple accounts or using circumvention methods to claim bonuses repeatedly beyond the set limits.
• Threats or harassment — Threatening, abusing, or harassing cuci3 staff or other players in any form of communication.

Cuci3 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for the purpose of self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen for the duration of that investigation. If no violation is found, the full balance will be returned to the player. If a violation is established, cuci3 reserves the right to withhold the balance and pursue appropriate legal action.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact cuci3 support via Live Chat or email. Any remaining balance will be refunded once the identity verification process has been completed.

Cuci3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the cuci3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
• Disruption to platform access due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical errors that occur beyond cuci3's reasonable control.
• Any device damage or data loss resulting from the use of the cuci3 platform.

Cuci3 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance is planned during periods of minimal impact to players and will be communicated in advance via platform notices or email to affected players.

Cuci3 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all members with the following tools at no charge:

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits — Set a maximum limit on the amount you can deposit within a specified period.
• Betting limits — Cap the maximum amount you can wager on a single bet.
• Loss limit — Set a daily or weekly loss limit and the system will prevent you from exceeding it.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
• Permanent self-exclusion — Permanently close the account for players who require more serious assistance.

The date of the last amendment will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the cuci3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any amendments to these terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendments take effect.
